RETURNS: Please make full use of our demo to make your purchase decision. Because we provide a fully functional demo, and we customize a data file for each client, we have a NO RETURN policy.
SHIPPING: The DOM Studio Gold will ship the end of June 2004, the Standard and the Basic in the end of July, 2004. However, if you need to begin using software prior to then, let us know, and we can make arrangements to send you the DOMII product to use in the meantime. Remember, all your data will automatically transfer when you install the Studio upgrade. There is no data re-entry or data conversion needed.
