Technical Support

All of the Dental Office Manager Studio products ship with electronic documentation, plus 90 days unlimited FREE technical support via our toll free number and email.

In addition, Applied Computer Concepts offers continuing support plans that vary in services and price. As with the DOM Studio products, you can select the level of support that meets your individual needs.

VIP Support

This is our top of the line support level: unlimited support calls, no fee for updates, first priority for program requests, no fee for data services and more. Includes all data maintenance provided by ACC via modem as available after hours.

Total Support

No fee for updates, unlimited support calls and VERY reduced rates on other services, if they are needed. Our most popular level of support.

Notes...

In addition to answering questions about the software, continuing support is insurance against costly update fees. DOM Studio updates build on previous releases, making the necessary changes to your data file to accommodate new features/functions. So, if updates are missed, your data will require custom conversion to be able to accept the newest version of the DOM software.

The fee for conversion runs anywhere from $150 to $1,000, depending on the extent of programming required.

Other than VIP support, updates are sent via CD or zip disks, and users are responsible for installation and data file maintenance. Some updates may be available for download to approved users on a case by case basis. Data recovery and repair fees require proper backup procedures by the user. On Site Support is provided at the discretion of ACC, and does not include travel costs.

  • Update
    New version of DOM Studio software with added features and enhancements
  • Upgrade
    New version of DOM Studiosoftware and Omnis software engine
  • Support Call/E-mail
    Call or e-mail regarding use or implementation of the DOM Studio software; does not cover operating system, other software, or hardware
  • Additional Workstation Fee
    Fee for each additional workstation after the first workstation in a multi-user network
  • Data Recovery/Repair
    Offsite recovery and/or repair of DOM Studio data. Reduced fees apply ONLY if recommended backup procedures have been followed
  • On Site Support/Visit
    ACC Staff on site to resolve an issue regarding the DOM Studio software. Provided at the discretion of ACC, does not include travel costs

Terms, caveats, conditions and other fine print:

  • At all levels of support expenses incurred providing support will be billed on a cost basis
  • Expenses include but are not limited to air fare, hotel, and meals. Ground transportation mileage is billed at $0.30/mile
  • Data recovery and or repair projects are billed based on the actual hours involved in individual projects.
  • Updates/Upgrades to the program may require the addition of 3rd party software
  • Shipping expenses from our offices are paid by ACC, shipping to our offices is paid by the user

  • Sales tax for updates is charged to Indiana users
