Need extra help? Put Nightshift ™ to work... while you sleep!

Nightshift ™ is an innovative concept that allows you to put your system to work after hours. From form letters to tickler reports to patient statements you can run many jobs automatically. Adding Nightshift ™ to your Dental Office Manager II system is like adding another member to your "working crew".

For example; if you are running behind at the end of the day, you can tell Nightshift ™ to print your End of Day reports during the night. In the morning, you can review them and finish closing out the previous business day.

Or, use Nightshift ™ to batch print letters to individual patients. From the Nightshift ™ window select any or all pending letters and set them to print during the next "Nightshift ™".

Another task that Nightshift ™ can automatically run for you is the printing of patient statements. You can age accounts, print a total accounts receivable report and generate patient billing all automatically.

Nightshift ™'s only limitation is the size of your printer's paper tray; some trays are limited to 100 sheets. You can set Nightshift ™ to begin at any time of night (or day) and to automatically shut down when it finishes work. Putting Nightshift ™ to work frees up both staff and your printer for more important tasks during the work day.

Nightshift ™ is available as a Power User Option with Dental Office Manager II Standard and is included with the DOME Gold software. Gold users on continuing support will receive both Nightshift ™ and Vital Signs™ FREE in September.

Vital Signs™

Do you wonder about the health of your practice? Wouldn't it be nice if you could keep tabs on things quickly AND easily? Enter Vital Signs™.

Vital Signs™ uses information your system already has gathered to give you a status report on the "vital" or key areas of your practice. Data is displayed in report or chart/graph format, and can be for any time period. Vital Signs™ gives you instant information for last month, last quarter, or any combination of past months. You can also compare recent month? to the same time period a year ago; as in this January to January last year.

In addition to production and collection, Vital Signs™ offers a wide variety of statistics, all of which can be viewed in user-defined combinations: average doctor and hygiene production per day, change in accounts receivable, collection/production ratios, patient payment by mail versus payment in the office, new patients and patients absent for over a year, to name a few. There is also a recall analysis window which will calculate the efficiency of your current recall system. This is done based on the number of patients you have in recall, the number of hygiene visits possible for the year, and the actual number of hygiene visits made by your patients.

Going a step further, Vital Signs™ can give you "what if" scenarios. For instance; if your office currently is operating with a recall efficiency of 65%, what would it mean in dollars if you could increase that by 5%? by 10%?

As an added bonus; Vital Signs™ can be run automatically by Nightshift ™ during off hours, generating graphs and reports for you as you sleep!
