Take Your Pick

An important function of any software is getting you just the piece of information you need. A good database works much like a short order cook; serving up the data you want on request. Dental Office Manager II goes beyond canned reports and lets you take your pick from ALL the data entered. The Selective Reports module (available in the Standard and Gold) lets you enter search criteria and generate your own reports and searches. Here are some of the "chef's specials":

Personal Reports:

Pull up subgroups of patients based on criteria such as birthdate, age group, recall type, insurance plan, and treatment status and phase.

Financial Reports:

See your receivables categorized by many factors balance over "X", accounts over 30 days without payment, contract balances only, internal or external collections accounts only, etc.

History/TX Plan Detail:

Search through patient history or treatment plan file on a code by code basis, for any date or date range. You can limit the report to an individual doctor, to specific or all ADA codes, or to types of insurance plans capitation, "closed" or private plans. It can also be restricted to a single insurance plan.

Insurance Payments Detail

Reports on insurance payments received. It can be restricted to a specific plan and/or provider.
